Can I Be A Distributor?
Absolutely! Anyone can be a CallCruncher Distributor. While we accept anyone looking to further their monthly income and develop a new stream of revenue, CallCruncher Distributors will usually own or manage a Phone System equipment store, phone service center or other operation where a large amount of telephony professionals frequent or interact on a regular basis.

The most successful Distributors promote CallCruncher to an existing and growing customer base and will typically find new partners and resellers within their already established customer base.

What Is A Channel Partner?
Our Channel Partners are categorized in one of two ways:

Installer
Installers typically are interconnects (or other closely related telephony professionals) who receive installation jobs from either CallCruncher or their current customers to install our Secure Data Bridges (SBD). The Installer is PAID a one time fee for their services and, if CallCruncher initiated the installation, the Installer receives a FREE potential customer lead.

Certified Partner & Installer
In addition to the above Installer details, the Certified Partner has the chance to actively sell CallCruncher to new and existing clients and receive a 25-35% piece of the monthly revenue generated by the customer. We handle all of the billing and administration of the customer, we just rely on the Certified Partner for installation and support throughout the life of the account.

Can I Resell CallCruncher?
Absolutely! Anyone can be a CallCruncher Reseller. As a reseller, you already have an established mode of delivering your products (including billing) to your customers and you want to include CallCruncher as part of your product offering.

Typical examples of successful CallCruncher Resellers include Hosted Phone Services businesses (such as Voice over Internet Protocol services -- VoIP), Executive Suite managers, and many others.
